Description:
I have seven years experience in the family child care field. I am working towards achieving my Master Teacher Certificate as well as becoming a Nationally Accreditated Provider. I worked three years for the first Nationally Accreditated Provider in Placer County. I am very involved in the Childcare Community; I work closely with the Office of Education and the local association. I am the former treasurer for the Placer County Childcare Association and have over 500 hours of training through UC Davis Extension, CAEYC, Placer County Office of Education, and Cerro Coso Community College. I offer a safe, loving environment for children of all ages. I have a low structured child directed theme based program. We explore most through play and experiences; we are very hands on as we explore the world around us. We offer creative play, manipulatives, cooking, circle time, field trips, free art, and lots of outdoor play. |
